An intimate, secluded space

Two vaulted 19th-century rooms, lined with deep shelves full of bottles, welcome a small group of up to 15 guests.

Our cellar, beneath the wine shop, is first of all where our wines are stored and aged. But from the very start it was designed as an underground space for a different kind of tasting and exchange.

Here we hold courses and in-depth sessions, and introduce the work of new producers. A hybrid place, always evolving.
